End User License Agreement
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) covers your license to use the STYL app. It is short on purpose — it exists to cover the license grant itself; the Terms of Service covers everything about how the Service works.
1. Apple's standard EULA is the baseline
For the version of STYL distributed through the Apple App Store, your license is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. That document is the baseline license for the app itself. This page adds the supplemental terms below, which apply on top of Apple's standard EULA.
2. Supplemental terms
- The license we grant you to use STYL is personal, non-transferable, and non-commercial — it's for cataloging and styling your own wardrobe, not for resale, redistribution, or commercial use.
- You may install and use STYL only on devices you own or control, consistent with Apple's standard EULA and the App Store's usage rules.
- This license does not grant you any rights to STYL's name, logo, source code, or underlying software beyond what's needed to run the app as intended — see Terms of Service §11 (Intellectual property).
3. How this relates to STYL's Terms of Service
Your license to use the app (this EULA) and your agreement to use the Service (the Terms of Service) are two parts of the same relationship. The Terms of Service govern the Service itself — your account, Your Content, AI Outputs, subscriptions, acceptable use, dispute resolution, and everything else about using STYL — and, where this EULA and the Terms of Service overlap or conflict, the Terms of Service prevail. This EULA does not limit or replace anything in the Privacy Policy.
4. Apple's role
If you downloaded STYL from the Apple App Store, this EULA (together with the Terms of Service) is between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for STYL, and is not responsible for the app, its content, or any claims relating to it (including product-liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation). Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and the Terms of Service, with the right to enforce them against you, consistent with Terms of Service §18 (Apple App Store terms).
5. macOS app distributed outside the App Store
The STYL Mac app is also distributed directly (outside the Apple App Store). Where you install STYL that way, Apple's standard EULA does not apply to that copy — instead, the license grant in Section 2 above (personal, non-transferable, non-commercial) and the rest of these supplemental terms apply directly as your license to use the app, together with the Terms of Service.
